Who you entrust to build your dream home is an important decision. At Lorant & Elliott Estate Homes, we enjoy working with you, your architect, and designers to bring your vision to life. When designing a home there are no wrong answers. It is your vision. We want to build your home around the way you live. That is what makes a home special. It's a reflection of you. To create a cohesive vision between your architect, designers, and ourselves, we prefer to get involved early in the design process.  By doing this, it allows us to fully understand the scope of your project. Lorant and Elliott can then eliminate any unnecessary delays or cost overruns.

After completing the design phase, we will create a budget based on the types of finishes you request. Then we will create a timeline for the construction of your home. We utilize a software system called CoConstruct that allows us to create a custom portal for your home. We update the portal weekly with photos and construction superintendent comments. It also creates a Gantt chart for your project. The software allows you to follow along and know exactly where we are in the building process. It automatically updates the Gantt chart if days are lost due to inclement weather. Yes, we still lose days to weather, but we're working on it!
